Travel sooner than expected? Our Emergency, Rush and Super Rush speed upgrades cut the time between your payment and our submission to the official portal. Same-day submission available for Vietnam if you apply before 11:00 ICT.
| Tier | Service fee uplift | We submit within |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Included | Next working day |
| Emergency | + $69 | 4 working hours |
| Rush | + $89 | 1 working hour |
| Super Rush (Vietnam, on request) | + $199 | Same business day if before 11:00 ICT |
The government’s own decision window is unchanged — speed upgrades only accelerate how quickly we submit on your behalf. We refund the rush uplift if we miss the guaranteed submission window.
Standard is 5 business days, Emergency 2 business days, Rush 1 business day, and Super Rush (Vietnam, on request) within 4 working hours of receiving a complete file. We submit on the next working day at the latest under Standard.
No — and any service that claims otherwise is misleading you. Speed upgrades shorten our queue time (how fast we review and submit), not the government's own decision window. We are honest about that distinction at every step.
The government fee is non-refundable once submitted, regardless of speed tier. For the service-fee portion, we follow a 3-tier refund policy. Rush uplifts specifically are refunded if we miss the guaranteed submission window — see the Refund Policy for details.
For Vietnam, yes — Super Rush submits within 4 working hours if you apply before 11:00 ICT on a working day. The government still needs its own processing time on top of that; in our experience same-day approvals happen but are not guaranteed by Immigration.
Pick your destination and choose a Rush or Super Rush speed upgrade at checkout. A real reviewer still checks every application before we submit it to the official portal.
