Is Vuvgo a government agency?

No. Vuvgo is an independent, commercial assistance service. We help you complete and submit your eVisa/eTA application and are not affiliated with any government. You can always apply directly on the official government portal yourself, usually for a lower fee.

What does your service fee cover?

Our service fee covers reviewing your application, checking it for the errors that cause most delays, filing it with the relevant authority, and supporting you until a decision is made. It is separate from — and in addition to — the government fee. Both are always itemised before you pay.

Can I apply on behalf of someone else?

Yes. You can complete an application for another traveller as long as you enter their details accurately. For families or groups, add each traveller to the same order so they are processed and tracked together.

Who needs an eVisa or eTA?

Most foreign travellers need a travel authorization before entering their destination. Whether you need one — and which type — depends on your nationality and destination. Check the relevant country page on our site for the exact rules.

Do diplomats need to apply?

Often yes. For many destinations, members of diplomatic missions and accredited international organisations still need a travel authorization (for example, Kenya requires diplomats to complete an eTA). The authority may waive the fee, though optional expedited handling can still be paid for.

We're travelling as a group — is one application enough?

No. Each traveller needs their own authorization. You can add several applicants to a single Vuvgo order so they are submitted and tracked together.

How do I apply through Vuvgo?

Choose your destination, pick the authorization type (eVisa or eTA), complete the guided form, and pay. We review every detail, submit to the authority on your behalf, and email you each status update until your authorization is issued.

What happens after I submit?

You receive a confirmation with your order reference. We check and file your application, then email you when the decision is made. You can also check progress any time on the Track order page.

What documents do I need?

Generally: a passport valid for at least six months with a blank page, a recent passport-style photo (where required), your travel and accommodation details, and a payment method. The exact requirements are listed on each country page.

A recent, clear, passport-style photo: plain light background, full face visible, neutral expression, no glasses, and no head coverings except for religious reasons.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) and PayPal. All payments are encrypted and handled by a secure payment provider.

It varies by destination — often within a few business days. For example, the Kenya eTA is typically processed within about 72 hours (3 business days). Faster tiers are available. Apply at least a week before you travel to be safe.

How do I track my application?

Use the Track order page with your order reference and the email you applied with — no login required. If you signed in, you can also see all your orders under My account.

Can I get a refund?
