We want everyone to be able to use Vuvgo, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA across the website and the whole application flow.
Measures we take
- Sufficient colour contrast and a clear, visible focus state for keyboard users.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and ARIA where needed, so screen readers can navigate.
- Full keyboard operability and large, touch-friendly controls on mobile.
- Form fields with visible labels, hints and clear, specific error messages.
- Descriptive page titles and link text; images carry text alternatives or are marked decorative.
- Responsive layouts that reflow on small screens and support text resizing up to 200%.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Conformance status
The website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most of the site meets the standard and we are actively working on the areas noted below.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA) and browser zoom.
Known limitations
- Some third-party components (for example the payment checkout overlay) are outside our direct control and may not fully meet our standards; we work with providers to improve them.
- Uploaded-document previews and some PDF content may have limited screen-reader support.

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from completing or paying for an application, contact us and we will help you finish and submit it by an alternative means — no one should be unable to apply because of a barrier on our site.
