Welcome to the website of EVISA TRAVEL SERVICE (“vuvgo”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose the information we collect from our website, our travel-visa assistance service and other online services (collectively, the “Services”). Before using the Services or otherwise providing us with information, please review this Policy carefully. We are an independent commercial agent and are not a government agency.
Privacy at a glance
- What we collect: applicant & passport details, uploaded documents, contact details, travel/order details and payment status.
- Why: to prepare, review and submit your application, take payment, send status updates and provide support.
- Who we share with: the destination government and vetted service providers only — we never sell your personal data.
- Analytics: run only with your consent via the cookie banner (see the Cookie Policy).
- Retention: only as long as needed for your application and legal record-keeping.
- Your rights: access, correct or delete your data any time — email support.
Information we collect
- Applicant & passport details you provide to complete an application — full name, date of birth, nationality and passport details — for you and for any additional applicants you add (including minors, where an adult applies on their behalf).
- Uploaded documents. Where a destination requires them, you upload (after payment) scanned or photographed copies of your passport bio-data page and a passport-style photograph. These are sensitive identity documents and we handle them accordingly.
- Contact details — email address, phone number and address.
- Travel & order details — destination, visa/eTA type, arrival date, port of entry and chosen processing speed.
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider — we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Company invoice details (optional) — if you request a company/VAT invoice: company name, tax code and address.
- Account details (optional) — if you choose to sign in with Google: your name, email and profile picture.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, device/browser, pages viewed and cookies, collected automatically for analytics, reliability and security (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your data
- To prepare, review and submit your travel-authorization application, including transmitting your details and uploaded documents to the relevant authority.
- To send you transactional emails (application confirmation, payment and status updates, and requests for any missing documents) and to provide customer support.
- To process payments and help prevent fraud.
- To keep the website reliable and to understand and improve how it is used.
- To comply with legal and record-keeping obligations.
Service providers we share data with
We share your application data with the relevant government authority or official processing system required to issue your authorization. We also use trusted service providers (sub-processors) that act on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection terms:
- Destination government / official e-Visa portal — to submit your application and obtain your authorization.
- Payment processing — PayPal.
- Email delivery — Resend.
- Cloud hosting, database & secure document storage — Vercel and Supabase.
- Sign-in — Google (only if you choose to sign in).
- Analytics & error monitoring — PostHog and Sentry.
We do not sell your personal data.
Document storage & security
Uploaded passport images and photographs are validated and stored on our cloud storage provider with access restricted to authorised staff and the systems needed to submit your application. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You upload documents through a secure, time-limited personal link.
Data retention
We retain your personal data and uploaded documents only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations, and delete or anonymise them once they are no longer needed — for example, uploaded documents are removed once your authorization has been issued or your application is closed.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, to data portability, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@vuvgo.com.
Children’s data
Applications for minors must be made by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information and documents provided for the child. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
International transfers
Because we assist with international travel authorizations, your data may be transferred to authorities and service providers in other countries. We apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
