What we do
We provide a paid assistance service that helps travellers complete, review and submit eVisa/eTA applications for the destinations we support. Our service fee is charged for this assistance and is separate from, and additional to, any government fee.
No guarantee of approval
The decision to grant, refuse, delay or revoke any visa or travel authorization rests solely with the relevant government authority. We do not influence that decision and cannot guarantee approval or an exact processing time. A government refusal is not the result of our service.
Fees
Prices on this site combine the government fee (paid to the authority) and our service fee; the service fee depends on the processing speed you choose (a faster speed costs more per applicant). Government fees may change at any time without notice. See our Refund Policy.
