Give us the date you fly and the destination. You get the last day each processing speed can still be filed on — counted in business days from the turnaround we actually commit to, not from a marketing promise.
Your arrival date in the destination.
Pick your destination and the date you fly to see the deadlines.
Business days only — weekends are excluded, public holidays in the destination are not. The turnaround shown is our commitment on our own work: the application is decided by the destination’s immigration authority, and no service can shorten their decision.
Vuvgo is a private visa application assistance service and is not a government agency, embassy or consulate. Government fees are separate from our service fee, and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. Learn more about our service and fees.
Almost every emergency we handle started as a comfortable timeline. A photo is rejected and has to be retaken; a passport number is a digit out and the file has to be corrected and resubmitted; a public holiday in the destination eats two working days. None of those are unusual — and all of them are free to absorb if you filed two weeks out, and expensive if you filed on Thursday for a Sunday flight.
That is also the honest limit of what a faster speed can do. Paying for priority moves your file to the front of our queue. The authority’s decision time is theirs, and no fee changes it. The cheapest way to travel on time is a date, not an upgrade — which is what this page exists to give you.
For every destination we cover, two to three weeks before departure is comfortable: it clears the published turnaround with room for a document that has to be re-taken. The calculator on this page gives you the exact last-safe date for your flight, per processing speed.
For some destinations, yes. Several travel authorisations start their validity from the date of issue rather than the date of entry, so filing months ahead can mean the document expires before or during your trip. Each destination page states how its validity is counted — check it before filing more than a couple of months out.
Priority handling of our work: your file moves to the front of our queue, is reviewed first and submitted first. It does not change how long the authority takes to decide, and no service can — anyone promising a faster government decision is selling something they do not control.
You can still apply. What changes is the honesty of the promise: close to departure the file may not be decided before you fly, and the fee is not refunded because a decision arrived late. If your trip is inside a few days, read our urgent-processing page first so you know exactly what is and is not possible.
The calculator counts business days and excludes Saturdays and Sundays. It does not know the public holidays of the destination, which can add days around national holidays — leave extra room if your dates sit near one.
