Our service fee covers reviewing and submitting your application. Government fees are paid to the issuing authority. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your application.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before we submit to the government, the service fee is refundable minus any processing already done. Once filed with the authority, government fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
What if my application is rejected?
A government rejection does not automatically entitle you to a government-fee refund, as the fee pays for processing the decision. We will explain the reason and help you reapply where possible.
How do I request a refund?
Contact support with your order reference. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
