Application status
You can follow your application at any time using your order reference and email. Here's what each status means.
How do I check my status?
Use the Track order page and enter your order reference plus the email you applied with. You'll see the current stage and any actions needed.
What do the statuses mean?
Submitted: we've received your details. In review: we're verifying your documents. Submitted to government: filed with the authority. Approved: your authorization has been issued and emailed to you.
My status hasn't changed — is that normal?
Yes, especially during government processing. Times vary by destination; see the processing times article for typical ranges.
Will I be notified of changes?
Yes. We email you on every status change, and if any additional document is required we'll send clear instructions.
